Marion Will-Zaeyen was born in Amsterdam on March 6, 1952. She comes from a family of famous Dutch painters (including Therese Schwartze and Lizzy Ansingh), named “The Joffers”. The “Joffers” were renowned for painting portraits of the Dutch Royal family.
